TO : MOHAVE COUNTY SHERIFF AND JAIL-SYSTEM OFFICERS

Honourable Gentlemen !

The mass - media, the Internet, the publications and the society do continue their attacks against the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (FLDS), against its leaders and loyal members.

The main target for those attacks is Warren Steed Jeffs.

During those attacks the anti-FLDS activists do forget absolutely about the great Constitution of the United States of America and about the Bill about Rights; they do ignore absolutely the religious liberty and the civil rights of the FLDS people and of Warren Steed Jeffs particularly.

That is why I want to inform the all of you that I do care and I do worry much about the personal safety and about the personal constitutional rights of Warren Steed Jeffs. I do very respectfully ask you to protect the life, the health and the personal safety of Warren Steed Jeffs and to respect his constitutional and his civil rights also.

Warren Steed Jeffs is the modern victim of the religious prosecution against the minor religious FLDS Mormon group / faith. The absolutely same violence was against the religious liberty of the Mormon Prophet, who were before Warren Steed Jeffs - against Joseph Smith, Brigham Young, John Taylor, John W. Woolley, Lorin C. Woolley, John Y. Barlow, LeRoy S. Johnson and Rulon T. Jeffs.

I ask you to be the true Americans. I ask you to not allow to destroy the noble constitutional and civil principles of the United States of America. I ask you much to protect Warren Steed Jeffs.

Your Excellency,

Honourable Utah Attorney General !

I am writing you this open letter. The e-mail copy of this letter will be send also on the official e-mail postal address of His Grace - President of the United States of America.

Today the Internet and the mass - media did inform that the official spokesman and representative of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (FLDS) - Elder William Jessop had a personal meeting with your staff in Utah. That was absolutely positive event.

The FLDS - Church did explain officially and clearly its policy in the marriage questions. They published it also on the:

It demonstrates that the FLDS - Church and its members do obey the laws of the land absolutely.

All people know that you personally dislike the FLDS - Church and the FLDS people. I absolutely believe that the great Constitution of the United States of America and the Bill about Rights are the over all of the personal feeling and things. I hope much and I pray that you - as the citizen, as the lawyer and as the official will find in yourself the spiritual strength to forget absolutely your previous negative position against the FLDS - Church and against the FLDS people.

The questions about the Mormon new and everlasting covenant (celestial plural marriage) take a lot of your time. The great Constitution of the United States of America and the Bill about Rights proclaim that the "Church" and the "State" are absolutely separated ones. That is why, how it is possible to consider the private religious ceremony of celestial plural marriage to be the bigamy or the polygamy ? That is absolutely impossible.

During the all time of their history they were the victims of the anti-FLDS propaganda. His Grace - the current President of the United States of America - made a lot of personal efforts to protect the freedom. Actually, the United States of America is the lone warrior today against the world-wide terrorism.
