Cost of Bruce Wisan’s Sociological and Psychological War against the FLDS

In a previous article, I asked the question, “What happened to the $7.95 million [Bruce Wisan has] already realized from the sale of UEP assets?” The following information answers, in part, that very question. 
Included in his motions for payment of fees, the following dollar entries from Bruce Wisan’s Check Register reveal substantial payments made to fund the “sociological and psychological war” against UEP Trust Beneficiaries. These payments were made between July, 2005 and May, 2008.  The Deseret News of November 15, 2008, reports Wisan claiming almost $3 million in additional unpaid engineering, attorney and special fiduciary fees.
